We provide the very best in treatments for your hair and skin using beautiful plant based products that are certified cruelty-free. We are proud members of Sustainable Salons so at least 95% of our salon waste is recycled instead of sitting in landfill.

Pure by Hairjamm- an Australian company that provides beautiful natural cruelty-free home maintenance products. Their entire range is sulphate, paraben and gluten free as well as being 100% certified organic.
Eminence Organic Skincare – beautiful hand made organic skincare from Hungary that delivers exceptional results. This is a company that takes its environmental responsibilities seriously – they plant a tree for every product sold, their packaging is recycled and printed with vegetable dye and they donate organic food to children’s hospitals around the world.
Inika Cosmetics – an Australian company that produces gorgeous cruelty-free, organic vegan makeup that is great news for your skin and the environment as well as our animal friends.
Our hairstylists are highly skilled at using their artistic talents together with the latest techniques to create the perfect look for you. We offer all hair services including cuts, foils and balayage, hair extensions, colours and perms.
Our experienced beauty therapists are available for all of your facial and beauty needs. Specialising in facials, we also offer a full range of beauty services including massage, waxing, manicures and pedicures, lash lifts, lash and brow tinting and spray tans.
Our team of hair stylists and beauty therapists participate in regular ongoing education so they can offer you the latest in treatments and home-care advice.
We are temporarily closed again due to Covid-19. We anticipate that our re-open date will be 27th October however this is subject to government advice. There is a possibility that we will be allowed to re-open on 19th October but we are still waiting for confirmation. If you already have a booking we will contact you to move your appointment forward if the earlier opening date is announced by the government.
We will most likely be working to restrictions that will limit the number of people in the salon at once so we encourage you to book in now to avoid disappointment. We strongly advise you to book your Christmas appointment now as well as these times will fill up very quickly this year.
When we re-open we will be enforcing the same rules that we’ve had since we came back from the first lockdown in May. Please see the rules below:

Due to being closed for so long this year we’re not in the position to order a large amount of Holiday Packs to have on hand. We will have a few of each pack available for you to purchase however the best way to ensure that you get your pack of choice is to pre-order.
Pre-order your Holiday Packs from Eminence Organics, Inika, muk.Haircare and Pure by Hairjamm today! A deposit of $20 will ensure that we order your pack specifically for you and you won’t miss out.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you can fill out a Consultation Form and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea before your treatment.
Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years however if the price of our services are increased during that time you will be required to pay the difference for the service.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or products. They are for services only.
If you have a gift voucher and fail to attend your appointment you will forfeit the voucher.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will forfeit the voucher. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend it is advised that you send someone else in your place to enjoy the service so the voucher is not wasted.
If you arrive late for your appointment your service will be cut short so the client booked in after you is not inconvenienced however the voucher will still be redeemed for the original service booked. If time permits, the entire service will be provided.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of hair and beauty bookings. If you need to move or cancel your appointment please give us 48 hours notice so we can offer your timeslot to another guest. Obviously there are circumstances that can make 48 hours notice impossible to give so at those times please let us know as soon as you can.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals – If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment you may be asked for a deposit when rebooking, depending on the circumstances and the service booked. If you arrive late for your appointment we may need to cut your service short so the client booked in after you is not inconvenienced however you will still be charged for the original service booked. If time permits the entire service will be provided.
